Not many of your patients can express complete gratitude after having this surgery! In 2007 the VCU system was not available. I had same expertise with same surgeon and hospital even though this second time around surgery was much more extensive! Due to the amazing VCU therapy system I experienced less pain, needed less pain meds and slept well every night! The VCU made a huge difference!! Jeremy [service tech] explained all that needed to be known with professionalism and expertise. Lorie [patient liaison] checked in, making sure I was doing OK and I knew I could call her with any concerns/doubts. I have a long recovery ahead but I am so grateful for a great start of this journey.
